Sustainable Welfare

We the people have come to recognize a need for sustainable solutions to those in financial needs and especially those who have lost their homes and seek shelter. The welfare system hands out minimal funds to keep the cycle going and we would like to funnel those funds and other funds towards a new method of relief that is both sustainable and transformational. With land we could create permaculture gardens, green build homes and create a livelihood out of the community that arises. The screening process would make sure that those with children and those who are attracted to this idea are able to pursue it. This is a long-term solution for an ongoing growing concern of many Americans who are living hand to mouth and seek another way for a meaningful life.
